If you encounter any issues with our services or receive an incorrect product/service, you may initiate a refund request. Before proceeding, we request you to rate the quality of the product or service received. Refund requests must be submitted via email to our support team at sale@bharatvoip.com within the stipulated timeframe, as extensions will not be granted.

Non-Refundable Cases

If a new customer cancels the service after network installation or fiber deployment, installation fees will not be refunded, though plan charges may be refunded within 30 days.

Refund requests will be considered only if Bharat FiberNet is unable to provide connectivity due to site unavailability, permission issues, or other similar challenges.

No refunds will be issued in any other circumstances.
Refund Calculation
If a refund is applicable, deductions will be made for any usage-based charges corresponding to the period of service utilized. Partial-month usage will be considered as a full month.
Equipment Return Policy
Customers must return all Bharat FiberNet-provided equipment in proper working condition. If the returned equipment is found damaged or non-functional, a penalty may apply. Taxes will be accounted for in the refund calculations. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of cancellation.
